Lovejit Dhaliwal

Lovejit K. Dhaliwal is the founder of Sharp Curiosity Productions. She is an award winning documentary maker, whose films have been been presented to governments and screened at opening night galas.

Lovejit has worked as a journalist for 20 years for various international news organisations including the BBC, Channel 4, RNW, RTE and DW; serving audiences of up to 130 million. She covered a range of topics including extra-judicial killings, women’s rights, sexual violence, international governance, environmental and social issues.

Above all, Lovejit is passionate about telling stories.

Lovejit has delivered training to higher education institutions and is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has also chaired and moderated panel discussions and has also been invited to speak at conferences concerning diversity in the media industry.
